https://www.dollarrecstapes.com, and https://www.rencerepeat.com (the “Website”), and our mobile app titled Dollar
Records -N- Tapes (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Use

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental guidance to use the Platform.
• You may create an account and link it to your social media accounts.
• The Platform is intended for personal or internal business use only.
• Downloadable software is not offered.

3. Products and Services
   We offer:

• Physical media, digital goods, and merchandise
• Subscription services, which may be offered via third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, Patreon)
• Subscriptions automatically renew as selected during sign-up. No free trial is offered.

• User-Generated Content: Not permitted
• Reviews: Users cannot submit product reviews
• Third-Party Links & Ads: The Platform may display third-party advertisements and links. We are not responsible for
  third-party content.

6. Communications

• We do not send SMS messages.
• Marketing communications are limited to emails and/or Platform notifications.

7. Dispute Resolution
   Disputes between you and the Company shall be resolved as follows:
   a. Informal Negotiation & Mediation:
   Before arbitration, the parties agree to attempt informal negotiation and then mediation for up to 30 days.
   b. Arbitration:
   If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Richland County, South Carolina, USA.
   We will cover arbitration fees if deemed excessive.
   c. Court Proceedings:
   If litigation occurs, it must be filed in Richland County, South Carolina.
   d. Time Limits:

• Any cause of action must be filed within 1 year.
• Company liability is limited to the amount paid by the user.
• Claims must be brought within 6 months of discovery.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the total amount you paid us for products or services.
